永磁辅助磁阻发电机建压过程及短路故障运行

摘要 为解决传统永磁发电机短路故障时灭磁困难和开关磁阻类发电机电压波形差的难题,提出一种永磁辅助同步磁阻发电系统(PMSynRG)。建立该电机的数学模型,阐述其发电运行机理,并推导出带载时的稳态电压方程和三相短路时绕组交直轴短路动态电流方程。针对发电机带载时的自激建压过程进行数值仿真计算,得出自激建压曲线,验证发电机系统的建压能力。此外,针对三相短路故障进行数值仿真计算,验证了故障时三相电流小于额定电流的结论,同时还验证了三相短路时动态电流方程的正确性,证明了发电机系统具有较强的自我保护能力。最后,制作样机并完成了带载建压实验,实验结果与数值分析结果吻合度较高。 A permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance power generation system(PMSynRG)is proposed to solve the difficulties of demagnetization during traditional permanent magnet generator short circuit faults and the voltage waveform difference of switched reluctance generators.A mathematical model of the motor is established,its power generation operation mechanism is explaint,and the steady-state voltage equation under load and the dynamic current equation for winding AC-DC axis short circuit during three-phase short circuit are derived.The numerical simulation calculation is conducted on the self-excited voltage building process of the generator under load,and the self-excited voltage building curve is obtained to verify the voltage building capacity of the generator system.Numerical simulation calculations were conducted for three-phase short circuit faults,verifying the conclusion that the three-phase current is less than the rated current during the fault.At the same time,the correctness of the dynamic current equation during three-phase short circuit was also verified,proving that the generator system has strong self-protection ability.A prototype was made and a load pressure building experiment was completed.The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical analysis results.
