物联网技术搭建的电梯称重系统设计

摘要 旨在研究物联网技术在电梯称重系统中的应用,并对所设计的称重系统进行了全面的功能测试和性能评估。研究的初衷是解决当前传统的电梯称重系统存在的精度不高、易受环境因素影响,以及维护成本高等问题。为了达成这一目标,不仅研究了电梯称重系统的实际需求,还从硬件和软件两个方面进行了系统设计和集成。在系统硬件设计的过程中,明确了电梯称重系统的基本组成,选择了适合的传感器、控制器和通信模块,并对这些硬件设备进行了深入的调研和实地考察,提出了创新性的设计方案。 This article mainly studies the application of the Internet of Things in the elevator weighing system,and conducts the comprehensive functional testing and performance assessment of the designed weighing system.The original intention of the study is to solve the problems of low accuracy,susceptibility to environmental factors and high maintenance costs in the current traditional elevator weighing system.In order to achieve this goal,this paper not only studies the actual requirements of the elevator weighing system,but also designs and integrates the system from the two aspects of hardware and software.In the process of the hardware design of the system,it clarifies the basic components of the elevator weighing system,selects suitable sensors,controllers and communication modules,conducts the in-depth research and field investigation of these hardware devices,and proposes innovative design schemes.
