摘要
为实现电站运行机组高温管线的渗透检测,亟需对高温渗透检测进行试验研究。通过选用不同渗透检测剂,在不同温度下对带有自然缺陷的试件进行渗透检测,并对检测系统灵敏度与检测结果进行对比,进而验证高温渗透检测的可行性与局限性,发现在渗透检测剂推荐的使用温度范围内,均能够获得良好的检验效果,但当被检部件温度超过推荐使用温度时,须对检验工艺参数进行严格控制,才能得到较好的检验结果,为制定高温渗透检测工艺提供试验基础。
In order to achieve the penetration testing of the high-temperature pipelines of operating units in power plants,it is urgent to conduct experimental research on high-temperature penetration testing.This study selects dif-ferent penetration testing agents to conduct penetration testing on specimens with natural defects at different tem-peratures,and compares the sensitivity of testing systems and testing results,so as to verify the feasibility and limita-tions of high-temperature penetration testing.It is found that good testing results can be achieved within the rec-ommended temperature range of penetration testing agents,but when the temperature of the tested component ex-ceeds the recommended temperature,testing process parameters must be strictly controlled to obtain good testing results,which provides a test basis for the development of high-temperature penetration testing processes.
