省级公共图书馆纸质资源建设与服务分析——基于安徽省图书馆采访数据的考察

Analysis of the Construction and Service of Paper Resources in Provincial Public Libraries-Based on an Investigation of Acquisition Data in Anhui Provincial Library

文献资源建设是读者服务的基础,是图书馆最基本职能。以2020年度安徽省图书馆纸质文献采访与借阅数据为基础,分析了经费使用情况、采选情况、入藏情况、利用情况等,归纳总结出图书采访工作及时精准、编目工作标准规范、报刊工作有序推进等做法和经验,并指出了存在的问题及下一步工作的改进措施,以期为图书馆特别是省级公共图书馆纸质资源建设提供参考和借鉴。

Literature resource consturction is the foundation of reader services and the most basic function of librar-ies.Based on the data of paper literature acquisition and borrowing in the Anhui Provincial Library in 2020,this pa-per analyzes the use of funds,selection,collection,utilization and other situations,summarizes the practice and expe-rience of timely and accurate book acquisition,standard and normative cataloging work and the orderly promotion of periodical work,and points out existing problems and improvement measures for the next step,in order to pro-vide reference and models for paper resource construction in libraries,especially provincial public libraries.
