摘要
不断增强思政课亲和力是提升思政课教育效果的重要前提。新时代高校思政课亲和力包括教师人格的感染力、教学内容的时代性、教学方式的吸引力及教学评价的推动力等要素。面对部分思政课堂亲和力弱化的问题,亟须从强化教师素质、丰富教学内容、创新教学方式及落实多元评价等方面加以思考,以提升新时代高校思政课的亲和力与实效性。
Continuously enhancing the affinity of ideological and political courses is an important prerequisite for improving the educational effect of ideological and political courses.The affinity of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era includes factors such as the appeal of teachers' personality,the epochal nature of teaching content,the attraction of teaching methods and the driving force of teaching evaluation.Faced with the problem of weakening the affinity of some ideological and political classes,it is urgent to consider from the aspects of strengthening teachers' quality,enriching teaching content,innovating teaching methods and implementing multiple evaluation in order to enhance the affinity and effectiveness of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era.
