OBE理念下民办本科高校课堂教学督导评价的发展转向与实践路径 被引量:1

摘要 新时代背景下,民办本科高校迫切需要提高人才培养质量,培养国家和社会需要的高素质应用型人才。教学督导是高校内部教学质量保障的重要组成部分,通过引入OBE理念,从队伍建设、评价理念、评价制度、评价方式、评价反馈等方面分析民办本科高校教学督导面临的问题。教学督导要求确立由“教师中心”向“学生中心”、由“输入导向”向“成果导向”、由“甄别鉴定”向“持续改进”的发展理念。通过加强队伍建设、提高督导人员素质,加强督导培训、更新督导评价理念,加快建章立制、健全督导评价制度,转变评价方式、科学制定评价标准,重视评价反馈、推进督导评价闭环等路径推进民办本科高校课堂教学督导评价改革创新,护航民办本科高校人才培养质量。 In the new era,private undergraduate colleges need to enhance the quality of personnel training and cultivate high-caliber applied talents required by both the state and society.Teaching supervision is an important component of internal teaching quality assurance in colleges.Drawing upon the concept of Outcome-Based Education,this paper analyzes the problems faced by teaching supervision in private undergraduate colleges from the aspects of construction of supervisor team,evaluation concepts,evaluation systems,evaluation methods,and evaluation feedback.It is required to establish the development philosophy of shifting from “teacher-centered” to “student-centered”,“input-oriented” to “outcome-oriented”,and “identification and appraisal” to “continuous improvement”.By strengthening team building,improving the quality of supervisor personnel,strengthening supervisor training,updating supervisory evaluation concepts,accelerating the establishment of regulations,improving supervisory evaluation systems,transforming evaluation methods,scientifically formulating evaluation standards,valuing evaluation feedback,and promoting closed-loop supervisory evaluation,we can promote the reform and innovation of classroom teaching supervisory evaluation in private undergraduate colleges,and safeguard the quality of talent cultivation in private undergraduate colleges.
