高职院校资助育人的质量提升研究

A Study on Improving Quality of Subsidized Education in Vocational Colleges

资助育人既是思想政治教育的重要方式,也是时代赋予资助工作新的价值。近年来,党和国家对高职院校资助育人工作情况的重视程度不断加强,尤其是从育人质量的层面出发,加大关注程度并强化推进力度。对高职院校资助育人质量提升展开深入研究,基于对相关资料的参考和深入研究,并通过问卷形式在学生群体中开展访谈调研的方式,探究高职院校资助育人的质量提升背景意义和现实困境,找出存在的问题并究其原因,从而提出能够实质提升高职院校资助育人质量的可行性措施,使其育人效力达到最大化。

Funding education is not only an important way of ideological and political education,but also a new value bestowed by the times on funding work.In recent years,the Party and the state have attached increasing importance to the funding and education of vocational colleges,especially from the perspective of education quality,increasing attention and strengthening promotion efforts.This article conducts in-depth research on the improvement of the quality of vocational college funded education.Based on the reference and in-depth research of relevant materials,and through interviews and surveys among student groups in the form of questionnaires,it explores the background significance and practical difficulties of the quality improvement of vocational college funded education,identifies existing problems and investigates their causes,and proposes feasible measures to substantially improve the quality of vocational college funded education and maximize its educational effectiveness.
