摘要
聚丙烯分子量在工业生产中用熔融指数(MFR)表征,掌握熔融指数与相关工艺数据之间的定量关系,能给实际生产工作提供明确的指导。为此,对双环管聚丙烯工艺的均聚牌号建立了熔融指数预测模型。通过实际生产数据,将模型参数拟合优化,得到三种均聚牌号的模型参数。结果表明,PPH-T03、PPH-Y26、PPH-FCP80三种均聚牌号的熔融指数模拟值的平均相对误差分别为2.49%、2.92%、2.86%,符合实际生产要求,可为实际生产提供指导,为切换牌号过程的参数调整提供参考。
The molecular weight of polypropylene is characterized by melt index(MFR)in industrial production,and mastering the quantitative relationship between MFR and relevant process data can provide clear guidance for actual production work.To this end,a melt index prediction model was established for the homopolymer grade of the double loop polypropylene process.By fitting and optimizing the model parameters based on actual production data,the model parameters for three homopolymer grades were obtained.The results showed that the average relative errors of the simulated melt index values for PPH-T03,PPH-Y26,and PPH-FCP80 homopolymer grades were 2.49%,2.92%,and 2.86%,respectively,which met the actual production requirements and could provide guidance for actual production and reference for parameter adjustment in the process of switching grades.
