摘要
采用二维CAD软件完成了摇摆送进机构的设计,并采用Octave软件编写了相关运动计算程序,该程序完成了机构运动仿真动画的制作,求解得到了在一个运动周期内送进滑块的位移、速度和加速度等运动学参数的变化。采用Solidworks软件完成了对数值计算结果正确性的验证。本研究将课堂理论知识与工程软件相结合,从而激发了学生的学习兴趣和潜能,进一步提高了教学质量,并对实际的机械工程设计实践具有一定的参考价值。
The design of the swinging feeding mechanism was completed by using 2D CAD software,and the relevant motion calculation program was written by using Octave software.The program completed the production of the mechanism's simulated animation and solved the changes in kinematic parameters such as displacement,velocity,and acceleration of the feeding slider within a motion cycle.The correctness of numerical calculation results was verified using Solidworks software.This study combines classroom theoretical knowledge with engineering software,thereby stimulating students'learning interest and potential,further improving teaching quality,and having certain reference value for actual mechanical engineering design practices.
