新能源汽车技术专业“岗课赛证”融合育人模式研究

摘要 在新能源汽车产业迅猛发展、新能源汽车专业人才需求日趋增长的背景下,“岗课赛证”融合育人模式的开展为新能源汽车技术专业人才培养提供了新思路、新方式。然而,在现阶段的“岗课赛证”融合育人过程中,仍面临着岗位需求对接力度不够、课程重构工作落地不实、技能竞赛成果转化不足、课程与证书融合度不高等问题,给职业院校人才培养带来一定的挑战。文章基于这些问题,提出新能源汽车技术专业“岗课赛证”融合育人模式的实践路径,以顺应经济社会发展和产业变革对高素质技术技能人才的现实需要。 Under the background of the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry and the growing demand for new energy automobile professionals,the implementation of the integrated education mode of“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”provides a new idea and a new way for training the new energy automobile technical professionals.However,in the current process of integrating“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”,there are still challenges to talent cultivation in vocational colleges,such as insufficient coordination of job requirements,inadequate implementation of curriculum restructuring,insufficient transformation of skills competition results,and low integration of courses and certificates.Based on these issues,the article proposes a practical path for the integration of the“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”education mode for New Energy Vehicle Technology Majors,which conforms to the practical needs of economic and social development and industrial transformation for high-quality,high-tech talents.
