非特殊角椭圆轮廓参数化编程研究

摘要 在非特殊角椭圆轮廓参数化数控程序编程中,给出了椭圆的标准方程和参数方程两种方式。针对常用的椭圆参数方程方式编程,研究了椭圆轮廓标注角度θ与椭圆参数方程参数角φ之间的关系式,得到了正确的椭圆参数角;同时,研究了采用椭圆标准方程方式编程需要注意的跨象限和细分的问题。根据两种方式的对比,选取椭圆参数方程方式编制该零件的椭圆型腔。为了提高其加工质量,抛开传统的编程思路,提出了“先算后干”的策略,完成了该零件椭圆型腔参数化程序编制并通过了仿真验证。 From the non-specific angle ellipse contour parameterized NC programming,the standard equation and parametric equation of ellipse are given.Aiming at the ordinary programming approach of elliptic parametric equation,the relationship between the angleθof ellipse outline and the parameter angleθof elliptic parametric equation is studied,and the correct ellipse parameter angle is obtained.At the same time the problem of cross-quadrant and subdivision to which should be paid attention in the programming with elliptic standard equations is studied.According to the comparison of the two approaches,the ellipse parameter equation approach is selected to compile the ellipse cavity of the part.In order to improve the machinery quality,the strategy of Calculating first then Processing is put forward while abandoning the traditional method.And the program of ellipse cavity parameterization is programmed and verified by simulation.
