重症烧伤患者护理中应用临床护理路径的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Clinical Nursing Pathways in the Nursing of Severe Burn Patients

目的研究临床护理路径用于重度烧伤护理的效果.方法以90例重症烧伤患者为对象,将患者均分为护理组与对照组,根据传统护理流程,为所有入组患者提供护理服务,然后在传统护理前提下,为护理组患者纳入临床护理路径.结果护理组患者经护理后的血红蛋白、白蛋白、疼痛程度、生命质量等情况均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),可见临床护理路径用于重症烧伤护理工作中效果较好.护理组与对照组满意度分别为97.78%、80.00%,与对照组患者相比,护理组的满意度更高,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).护理组患者护理期间不良反应占比为2.22%,对照组则高达15.56%,护理组的不良反应更少,两组数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床护理路径在重症烧伤患者护理中应用,可有效改善患者疼痛程度与白蛋白、血红蛋白水平,提升患者生命质量与护理满意度,降低护理不良反应率,因此可被广泛用于重症烧伤护理服务中.

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing for the care of severe burns.Methods 90 patients with severe burns were divided into the nursing group and the control group.According to the traditional nursing process,nursing services were provided for the patients in both group.Under the premise of traditional nursing,patients in the nursing group were included in the clinical nursing pathway.Results Hb,Alb,pain degree,and quality of life of patients in the nursing group were all better than those in the control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical nursing pathway had a better effect on the nursing work of severe burn.The satisfactions of the nursing group and the control group were 97.78%and 80.00%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the nursing group was higher,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions accounted for 2.22%in the nursing group and 15.56%in the control group.There were fewer adverse reactions in the nursing group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of severe burn patients can effectively improve the pain degree,albumin,and hemoglobin levels of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the rate of adverse nursing reactions,so it can be widely used in the nursing service of severe burn patients.
