摘要
针对某25Cr联合转子粗加工后超声波探伤检出超标缺陷,导致产品报废。采用宏观观察、金相检测和扫描电镜分析对缺陷进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,探伤超标缺陷性质为夹杂类缺陷。
A certain 25Cr joint rotor is found with UT defect after rough machining and determined as unqualified product.This paper adopts the methods of macro observation,metallographic detection and scanning electron microscope detection for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the defects.The results show that the nature of the defects is inclusion.
