综采液压支架一体化回撤装备创新设计与应用研究

摘要 针对煤矿传统液压支架回撤方式回撤效率低下、绞车牵引方式存在安全隐患、单轨吊运输存在盲区等安全问题,提出在TRIZ理论基础上设计综采液压支架高效回撤转运一体化装备。该装备牵引装置解决回撤液压支架过程中绞车拖拽断绳问题;可移动浮动钢轨自移前进,调向单元增加辅助轮,避免“啃底”风险;多单元互为支点多系统协同工作,解决回撤运输效率低、工人劳动强度大等难题。鲍店煤矿83上03工作面液压支架回撤中应用该装备,10 d内顺利完成液压支架回撤工作。对比传统液压支架回撤效率提高122%,有效提高煤矿生产效率,经济安全效益显著。 In view of the safety issues such as low efficiency,safety hazards in the winch traction way,blind areas in monorail crane transportation and others in the traditional hydraulic support withdrawal method in coal mines,it is proposed to design an integrated equipment for efficient withdrawal and transshipment of the fully mechanized mining hydraulic support based on TRIZ theory.This equipment traction device solves the problem of winch dragging and rope breaking during the withdrawal process of the hydraulic support;the movable floating steel rail moves forward by itself,and the directional adjusting unit adds auxiliary wheels to avoid the risk of"gnawing the floor";multiple units mutual act as support points and multiple systems work together to solve the difficult problems of low withdrawal transportation efficiency,high labor intensity for workers and so on.With the application of this equipment in the withdrawal of the hydraulic support in the 83upper03 working face of Baodian Coal Mine,the withdrawal work of the hydraulic support is successfully completed within 10 days.Compared with the traditional hydraulic support,the withdrawal efficiency of the hydraulic support increases by 122%,effectively improving coal mine production efficiency and achieving significant economic and safety benefits.
