煤矿机电运输管理成效与企业经济效益及社会效益紧密相关,煤矿机电运输过程中存在设备安全隐患、管理体系不够完善、人员安全意识淡薄等主要问题,严重阻碍煤矿机电运输安全管理工作的开展。对此,提出从加强设备检修与日常维护、完善企业安全制度管理体系、强化人员安全意识三个主方面着手,改善煤矿机电运输安全管理现状,促进煤矿机电运输安全管理水平的提升,为煤矿企业带来有价值的参考。

The effect of coal mine electromechanical transportation management is closely related to the economic and social benefits of enterprises.There are major problems in the process of coal mine electromechanical transportation,such as equipment safety hazards,incomplete management systems,weak personnel safety awareness and others,which seriously hinder the development of coal mine electromechanical transportation safety management work.In this regard,it is proposed to start from three main aspects:strengthening equipment overhaul and daily maintenance,improving the enterprise safety system management system,and strengthening personnel safety awareness,to improve the current situation of coal mine electromechanical transportation safety management,promote the improvement of coal mine electromechanical transportation safety management level,and provide valuable reference for coal mine enterprises.
