基于适老化的社区日间照料中心空间设计研究

Research on the Spatial Design of Community Day Care Center Based on Aging Adaptation

随着社会老龄化问题的加剧,我国高龄化和空巢现象也日益严重,面对这种趋势,传统的机构养老和居家养老逐渐显现出局限性,社区日间照料中心则成为老年人养老新的选择。文章通过对老年人的特征和需求进行分析,找出老年人的真实需求,并从无障碍、安全性、适老化探讨设计原则,根据上述内容提出设计策略,以期为社区日间照料中心空间设计提供一定的参考。

With the aggravation of the aging of society,the aging and empty-nest phenomenon in China are becoming increasingly serious.Faced with this trend,traditional institutional care and home-based care are gradually showing their limitations,and community day care centers have become a new choice for elderly care.By analyzing the characteristics and needs of the elderly,this paper finds out the real needs of the elderly,discusses the design principles from barrier-free,safety and age-appropriate,and proposes design strategies based on the above contents,in order to provide positive references for the space design of community day care centers.
