基于FBM模型及AHP法的老年人自助售票机界面优化设计

摘要 为了更好地满足老年人对自助售票机的使用需求,提高他们在使用过程中的舒适度及满意度,增强老年人使用过程中的流畅度。文章基于FBM模型及AHP法对老年人自助售票机界面进行优化设计研究。文章首先通过实地观察、问卷调研、用户访谈、用户画像、用户旅程图等方式分析用户的行为与需求;其次结合FBM理论从动机、能力、触发机制三方面提出设计思路;最后,结合层次分析法得出在设计过程中需要考虑的因素,找到最优的解决方案。通过文章的研究,以期找到能够满足老年用户需求的设计方案,为自助售票机界面设计提供一定的借鉴。 In order to better meet the needs of the elderly for the use of self-service ticket machines,improve their comfort and satisfaction in the use process,and enhance the fluency of the elderly in the use process.Therefore,based on the FBM model,the optimal design of the self-service ticket machine interface for the elderly was proposed.This paper first proposed the design ideas from three aspects:motivation,ability and trigger mechanism through field bservation,questionnaire survey,user interview,user portrait and user journey map,combined with FBM theory.Secondly,combine the analytic hierarchy process to find the factors that need to be considered in the design process to find the best solution.Through the research of this paper,we hope to find a design scheme that can meet the needs of elderly users,and provide some reference for the interface design of self-service ticket machines.
