This paper aims to explore the improvement of environmental supervision and law enforcement strategies and laws and regulations.By analyzing the current environmental supervision and law enforcement practices and relevant legal regulations,some existing problems are identified,and corresponding suggestions are proposed.Firstly,the background and significance of environmental supervision are introduced,then the challenges in current environmental supervision and law enforcement are analyzed,and countermeasures to improve existing laws and regulations and strengthen law enforcement strategies are proposed.Finally,the main findings of the research and prospects for future research directions are summarized.
