摘要
餐饮业的迅速发展,虽为周围居民提供生活上的便利,但其产生的油烟、污水、噪声等,也对保护生态环境的工作带来挑战。餐饮场所污染治理是各大城市生态环境和民众生活的难题,为促进油烟、污水等污染物达标排放,以地方立法形式解决餐饮污染防治问题有着诸多优势,但是也有相对难以解决的管理难点,因此在制定相应规定时应当重点考量。
The rapid development of the catering industry,while providing convenience for the surrounding residents,also poses challenges to the protection of the ecological environment due to the production of oil fumes,sewage,noise,and other pollutants.The pollution control in catering establishments is a difficult issue for the ecological environment and people's lives in major cities.In order to promote the standard discharge of pollutants such as oil fume and sewage,local legislation has many advantages in solving pollution prevention and control issues in catering pollution.However,there are also relatively management difficulties to solve.Therefore,when formulating corresponding regulations,special consideration should be given.
