天津市非遗“双创”赋能乡村振兴的发展理路

Study on the Development Theory of“Double Creation”of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Tianjin to Empower Rural Revitalization

党的十八大以来,我国创造性地提出了坚定文化自信、实施乡村振兴战略、传承中华优秀传统文化、推动传统村落保护发展等一系列国家层面的战略性思想与举措。天津市非物质文化遗产(下称非遗)资源丰厚,但其中蕴涵的资本优势、产能优势、内生动能与精神引导作用并未得到完全发挥。因此,基于非遗的原真性、地域性、传播性、综合性、学术性等深入阐释其内在发展逻辑,将有助于推动“双创”理念融入当下非遗项目科学保护、传承人能力提升以及管理人群全面发展的现实理路。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,China has introduced a series of strategic initiatives at the national level,such as strengthening cultural self-confidence,implementing rural revitalization strategy,preserving outstanding Chinese traditional culture,and promoting the protection and development of traditional villages.Despite the abundant intangible cultural heritage resources in Tianjin,the capital advantage,capacity advantage,internal dynamism,and spiritual guidance inherent within them remain underutilized.Therefore,based on the characteristics of ICH,including authenticity,regional uniqueness,dissemination,comprehensiveness and academics,it is essential to have an indepth exploration of its intrinsic development logic.By doing so,it will help to promote“dual creation”into the current scientific protection of ICH programs,enhance the capacity of the inheritors and the comprehensive development of management personnel in a pragmatic manner.
