New City Smart Transportation Planning and Construction Strategy:Taking Fengxian New City in Shanghai as An Example

上海五个新城的发展定位是独立的综合性节点城市。以上海市奉贤新城为例,分析了奉贤新城交通的运行特征,明确了新城智慧交通的建设需求和建设方向,从政府管理、公众出行、产业发展三方面制定了新城智慧交通的规划建设策略。

The development positioning of the five new cities in Shanghai is independent and comprehensive node cities.This article takes Fengxian New City in Shanghai as an example to analyze the operational characteristics of transportation in Fengxian New City,clarify the construction needs and directions of smart transportation in the new city,and formulate planning and construction strategies for smart transportation in the new city from three aspects:government management,public transportation,and industrial development.
