Plan and Practice of Transportation Hub Transit-oriented Development:Taking Hengqin Port Hub as An Example

以横琴口岸枢纽的TOD开发为例,指出交通枢纽必须追求最高水平的基础设施一体化,必须保障相关联区域和交通枢纽设施的可持续发展,还必须维持枢纽的高效运营,牵引所在城区的一体化开发。为此,交通枢纽的交通设施、商务设施、相关配套设施,以及周边土地开发等,应该有一个完整的项目策划。

This paper uses the Transit-oriented Development of Hengqin hub as an example to illustrate the key principles of transportation hub development.It argues that a transportation hub should pursue the highest level of infrastructure integration,ensure the sustainability of the transportation facilities,and promote the integrated development of the adjacent urban areas.Therefore,a comprehensive project planning for the transportation facilities,business facilities,other related facilities and the surrounding land development is essential for a successful land port.
