摘要
研究了氨气报警器检定中标准气体的使用。结合实际工作经验,论述了标准气体中不同稀释气体、不同气体管路、传感器保护罩透气性对检定结果的影响。采用氮中氨气体标准物质和空气中氨气体标准物质进行了对比试验,结果表明不同稀释气体对使用过一段时间的氨气报警器的示值存在较大影响;采用聚四氟乙烯管和硅胶管两种气体管路进行了对比试验,结果表明硅胶管对氨气具有较强的吸附性,不适用于氨气报警器检定。
The application of standard gas in the verification of ammonia alarm is studied.Combined with practical work experience,this paper discusses the influence of different diluent gases in standard gases,different gas pipelines and the air permeability of sensor protective cover on the verification results.A comparative test was carried out between the standard material of ammonia gas in nitrogen and the standard material of ammonia gas in air,the results show that different diluent gases have great influence on the indication value of the ammonia alarm which has been used for some time.Another comparison test was carried out between PTFE pipe and silica gel pipe,the results show that the silica gel tube has strong adsorption for ammonia gas and is not suitable for the verification of ammonia gas alarm.
