高加换热管远场涡流测厚技术应用

摘要 对高压加热器换热管束使用远场涡流技术进行测厚,是一种能够穿透金属管壁的低频涡流检测技术,采用内部穿过式线圈探测铁磁换热管。通过EDDYSUN测厚专用软件,可以实时地探测出涡流的模拟信号,并根据预先设定的数学模型,将其转换为数字信号,利用观察可以直接检出被检管束的实时壁厚度,从而得出各已测管的管壁最薄截面厚度平均值,从而为剩余壁厚测定的有效方法提供了依据。 The heat exchange tube of HP heater were inspected by remote field eddy current t technology,it is a low frequency eddy current detection technology that can penetrate metal tube wall.Through EDDYSUN thickness proprietary software,can real-time detect the analog signal of eddy current,and according to the preset mathematics model,converts it to digital signal,observation can be used to directly detect the bundle was detected in real time wall thickness,and concluded the wall thickness of the thinnest section of the tube measured average,to provide a basis for the effective method for the determination of residual wall thickness.
