承压设备焊接管理系统设计及实现

摘要 针对压力容器产品的焊接特点,开发出一套集成焊接知识库维护、焊接工艺自动生成、焊工资质匹配、焊材定额自动计算、焊接工艺规程版本管理、焊接参数自动下达等功能的焊接管理系统。该系统通过读取焊缝的基本特征参数,计算出焊接变素信息及每层的焊接工艺参数,并生成焊接工序,以快速完成焊接工艺文件的编制;基于焊材分层迭代计算方法理论预设坡口模型公式,以实现焊材定额自动计算。 This paper presents the development of a welding management system for pressure vessel products that integrates functions such as welding knowledgebase maintenance,automatic generation of welding procedures,qualification matching for welders,automatic calculation of welding material quotas,version management of welding procedure specifications,and automatic issuance of welding parameters.The system reads the basic characteristic parameters of the weld seam,calculates the welding process parameters for each layer,and generates welding procedures to expedite the compilation of welding process documents.In addition,the system utilizes a theoretical preset groove model formula based on the layered iterative calculation method for welding material quota automatic calculation.
