摘要
管道镜可在不破坏组装的情况下实现长距离管道检测,对碱回收炉内表面及角焊缝进行质量控制,但管道镜自身不具备定量分析功能,本文针对管道镜放大和畸变的特点进行实验研究,得到管道镜对缺陷的放大倍数与探头距缺陷的位置的关系,为后续产品内表面管道镜缺陷检测提供依据,为实现机组的安全运行提供有力保障。
The pipeline mirror can realize long-distance pipeline inspection without damaging the assembly,and carry out quality control on the inner surface and fillet weld of the alkali recovery furnace.However,the pipeline mirror itself does not have the function of quantitative analysis.This paper conducts experimental research on the characteristics of the pipeline mirror amplification and distortion,and obtains the relationship between the magnification ratio of the pipeline mirror to the defect and the position of the probe distance from the defect.It provides a basis for the defect detection of the pipeline mirror on the inner surface of subsequent products,and provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the unit.
