猫儿山小鲵分布新纪录

New Distribution Record of Hynobius maoershanensis

摘要 猫儿山小鲵(Hynobius maoershanensis)已知仅分布于广西猫儿山国家级自然保护区。2022年3月,在广西壮族自治区桂林市全州天湖国家湿地公园(26°6'21″N,110°54'14″E;1680 m)采集到小鲵标本,经鉴定为猫儿山小鲵,这是继2006年于猫儿山保护区首次发现后的第2处分布新纪录。基于线粒体16S rRNA基因和COI基因片段进行系统发育分析,表明新纪录所采小鲵标本与猫儿山原产地标本相聚构成单系,遗传距离0.5%,进一步更新了猫儿山小鲵的分布海拔范围,较之前记录的分布海拔1966 m以上降至1680 m,提示该种有更广阔的生态位,这一发现对今后该物种的科学管理及保护具有重要意义。 Hynobius maoershanensis is known to be only distributed in the Guangxi Maoershan National Nature Reserve.In March 2022,a specimen of Hynobius was collected in the Quanzhou Tianhu National Wetland Park(26°6′21″N,110°54′14″E;1,680 m),Guilin City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,which was identified as H.maoershanensis.This is the second new record of distribution after the first records in the Maoershan Nature Reserve in 2006.Phylogenetic analysis based on mitochondrial 16S rRNA genes and COI gene show that the collected specimen clustered into monophyly with those from the Maoershan origin,with a genetic distance of 0.5%.The altitude distribution of H.maoershanensis was updated from above 1,966 m(previous record)down to 1,680 m above sea level,indicating this species has a broader ecological niche.This finding is of great significance for the scientific management and conservation of this species in the future.
