大数据技术在电力工程技改项目中的应用

摘要 在电力工程技改项目的实施过程中,存在难以及时掌握进度计划执行情况、现场工作进度跟踪困难、工程项目变更管理难度大、项目过程资料归档困难等问题。而大数据技术能够从海量数据中挖掘出关键信息,为企业决策提供数据支持。通过将大数据技术应用于工程技改项目的计划编制、进度跟踪与变更管理,实现了对电力工程技改项目全过程的跟踪和监督,提高了电力工程技改项目的计划完成率。 In the implementation process of power engineering technical renovation projects,there are problems such as difficulty in timely grasping the progress plan execution,difficulty in tracking onsite work progress,difficulty in managing engineering project changes,and difficulty in archiving project process data.And big data technology can extract key information from massive amounts of data,providing data support for enterprise decision-making.By applying big data technology to the planning,progress tracking,and change management of engineering technology renovation projects,the entire process of power engineering technology renovation projects has been tracked and supervised,and the completion rate of power engineering technology renovation projects has been improved.
