师范院校教育实习评价的困境与对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasure of the Evaluation of Education Practice in Normal Colleges

摘要 教育实习是师范生获取实践性知识的主要途径,教育实习评价是对师范生教育实习质量与效率的有效判断,在我国教师教育发展中发挥着不可忽略的作用。我国教育实习评价存在评价标准缺乏操作性和对“人”的忽视、评价主体单一化、评价内容不全面和评价方式单一化等问题。对此,可以采取构建以“人”为本的评价标准、建立多主体共同参与实习评价体系、完善“德才兼备”的评价内容和实施过程性评价与终结性兼顾的评价方式等措施,进而完善目前的教育实习评价体系,推进“好老师”培养进程。 Educational internships are the primary means for pre-service teachers to acquire practical knowledge.The evaluation of educational internships plays an essential role in judging the quality and effectiveness of pre-service teacher education in China.However,there are several issues in the evaluation process,including the lack of operational evaluation criteria,neglect of the human element,homogenization of evaluation subjects,incomplete evaluation content,and a uniform evaluation approach.To address these challenges,measures such as establishing human-centric evaluation criteria,creating a multi-party participation system for internship evaluation,improving the comprehensive evaluation content focusing on both moral character and competence,and implementing both formative and summative evaluation methods can be implemented.These actions aim to enhance the current evaluation system for educational internships and promote the development of high-quality teacher training programs.
