摘要
教学秘书对高校教学秩序的维护与运行有不可或缺的作用,拥有一支稳定、素质高、服务意识强的教学秘书队伍对于保障正常教学秩序、提高教学质量具有十分重要的现实意义。文章对某高校二级学院教学秘书工作现状进行了全面调查,总结教学秘书队伍中存在的突出问题,分析造成其职业倦怠的主要原因,探讨提升其工作效率的有效机制。研究结果可以为高校二级学院教学秘书队伍建设、强化教育教学管理、深化教育教学改革,提供一定的参考与借鉴。
Teaching secretaries play an indispensable role in the establishment and operation of teaching order in universities.Having a stable,high-quality,and service-oriented teaching secretarial team is of great practical significance in ensuring normal teaching order and improving teaching quality.The article comprehensively investigates the current situation of teaching secretaries in a secondary college of a certain university,summarizes the prominent problems in the teaching secretarial team,analyzes the main reasons for their occupational burnout,and explores effective mechanisms to improve their work efficiency.The research results can provide certain reference and inspiration for the construction of the teaching secretary team in secondary colleges of universities,strengthening education and teaching management,deepening education and teaching reform.
