摘要
通常全断面隧道掘进机盾体主要分为前盾、中盾、尾盾,是全断面隧道掘进机的主体设备,作为土体支承、整体承压的主要支护体,其重要程度不言而喻。本文从盾体结构件整个制造过程入手,重点阐述各节点质量控制,同时结合各制造阶段对工期的重要程度,分析进度控制要点,为盾体结构件制造过程设备监理提供一些见解与参考。
Usually,the shield body of a full face tunnel boring machine is mainly divided into a front shield,a middle shield,and a tail shield.It is the main equipment of the full face tunnel boring machine and serves as the main support body for soil support and overall pressure bearing.Its importance is self-evident.This article starts from the entire manufacturing process of the shield structure,focuses on quality control at each node,and analyzes the key points of progress control based on the importance of each manufacturing stage to the construction period.Provide some insights and references for equipment supervision in the manufacturing process of shield structural components.
