摘要
化工项目建设中,很多都以工程公司EPC总承包模式执行。在项目执行中,适时采购到关键设备等物资,是项目建设成功的物质基础。本文针对总承包项目部设备采购的质量管理和控制,在前期策划、人员素质、供应商选择、采买、检验、运输等方面进行质量控制要点管理和控制,分析并解决采购过程内外部影响质量的主要问题,以确保按计划采购的设备合乎技术质量标准。
In the construction of chemical projects,many are executed using the EPC general contracting model of engineering companies.Timely procurement of key equipment and other materials during project execution is the material foundation for successful project construction.This article focuses on the quality management and control of equipment procurement in the general contracting project department.Quality control points are managed and controlled in the early planning,personnel quality,supplier selection,procurement,inspection,transportation,etc.The main problems affecting quality both internally and externally during the procurement process are analyzed and solved to ensure that the equipment purchased according to the plan meets technical quality standards.
