汽轮机启动过程中转速异常波动预警技术的实现

摘要 汽轮机组是火力发电的核心设备,启动过程分为中压缸启动和高中压缸合缸启动两种方式。本文以某热电厂320 MW汽轮机组为例,分析了中压缸启动过程中的转速异常问题,并对其产生原理和危害进行分析,通过故障预警系统实现故障定位和诊断,为故障维修提供支持,提高机组运行的安全性和稳定性。 Turbine unit is the core equipment of thermal power generation,and the startup process is divided into two ways:medium pressure cylinder startup and high and medium pressure cylinder combined startup.Taking a 320 MW turbine unit of a thermal power plant as an example,this paper analyzes the abnormal rotational speed problem during the startup process of medium pressure cylinder,and analyzes its generating principle and hazards,so as to realize fault location and diagnosis through the fault early-warning system to provide support for fault maintenance,and to improve the safety and stability of the unit’s operation.
