摘要
为了更好的管理燃料电池内部的水平衡,对复合石墨双极板的亲疏水特性进行研究。首先,对双极板进行表面处理,改变双极板表面的接触角;其次测量了双极板与碳纸间的接触电阻,最后装配了燃料电池堆并测量不同亲疏水特性双极板的电性能。实验结果表明,通过亲水处理减小复合石墨双极板表面的接触角有利于增强燃料电池堆性能,提升电池的排水能力。
In order to better manage the water balance inside the fuel cell,this paper studies the hydrophilic and hydrophobic characteristics of the composite graphite bipolar plate.First,the surface of the bipolar plate is treated to change its contact angle.Secondly,the contact resistance between the bipolar plate and the carbon paper was measured.Finally,the fuel cell stack was assembled and the electrical performance of the bipolar plate with different hydrophilic and hydrophobic characteristics was measured.The experimental results show that reducing the contact angle of the composite graphite bipolar plate by hydrophilic treatment is beneficial to enhance the performance of the fuel cell stack and improve the drainage capacity of the battery.
