基于Modbus的RS485极性自适应方案设计及物理仿真

摘要 针对RS485通信中极性不一致导致的通信错误问题,本文基于Modbus协议提出了一种RS485极性自适应的设计方案:通过主机对从机的呼叫和确认信号的交互,实现对RS485通信线路极性的自动检测和判断,通过STM32部件的最小系统进行了物理仿真,并将该研究应用于楼宇控制系统设计中,以解决建筑智能化集成工程中设备接线极性不一致带来的通信问题,以提高大型楼宇控制集成工程的经济性、容错性。 This paper proposes a RS485 polarity self-adaptive design scheme based on the Modbus protocol to tackle communication errors arising from polarity inconsistency in RS485 communication.The design utilizes an interactive call and acknowledgment signal exchange between the master and slave devices,enabling automatic detection and determination of RS485 communication line polarity.Physical simulations were conducted using the STM32 minimum system.The research findings were then applied to the design of building control systems,effectively resolving communication issues caused by polarity inconsistency and enhancing the economic efficiency and fault tolerance of large-scale building control integration projects.
