离散型智能工厂纵向建设研究

摘要 针对离散型制造行业制造过程中的诸多问题,本文提出了智能工厂纵向建设思路,将制造过程分为基础层、执行层、管理层,从基础设施、资源、制造过程、仓储、质量、工程和决策等多个维度进行建设,有效提升离散制造过程的自动化、智能化水平。本文以离散型制造行业的特点为基础,从杭汽轮的实际出发,进行了一次智能工厂纵向建设实践,对离散制造行业进行智能工厂建设具有很好的参考意义。 Considering many problems in the manufacturing process of discrete manufacturing industry,this paper proposes a vertical construction idea of smart factory,which divides the manufacturing process into basic layer,execution layer and management layer,and carries out construction from multiple dimensions such as infrastructure,resources,manufacturing process,logistics,quality,engineering,and decision-making,so as to effectively improve the automation and intelligence level of discrete manufacturing process.Based on the characteristics of discrete manufacturing industry and the actual situation of HTC,this paper has conducted a practice of vertical construction of smart factory,which is of great reference significance for the construction of smart factory in discrete manufacturing industry.
