摘要
本文旨在通过PMC指数模型对国家层面的物联网产业政策进行量化评价,通过对物联网政策的文本分析和综合考量,建立一套全面的评价指标体系。首先,对物联网产业政策进行了分类和整理,通过提取关键词频的方式确定了政策评价指标体系。其次,运用PMC指数模型,对各项政策进行了评分和排名,并通过实证分析验证了模型的有效性。最后,针对评价结果提出了相应的政策建议,以促进物联网产业的健康发展。本文不仅可以为政府制定和调整物联网产业政策提供科学依据,也可以为相关研究和实践提供参考借鉴。
This article aims to quantitatively evaluate national-level Internet of Things(IoT)industry policies based on the PMC index model.By comprehensively considering and text analysis of IoT policies,this article established a comprehensive evaluation index system.Firstly,loT industry policies were classified and organized,and a policy evaluation index system was determined by extracting keywords frequencies.Secondly,loT industry policies were scored and ranked by using the PMC index model established,and the validity of the model was verified through empirical analysis.Finally,corresponding policy recommendations were proposed based on the evaluation results to promote the healthy development of the IoT industry.This study can not only provide scientific basis for government formulation and adjustment of IoT industry policies,but also provide reference for related research and practice.
