摘要
针对地方高校研究生招生中第一志愿报考人数不多、初试上线人数少、需要大量调剂的现实背景,在外部生源难以满足数量和质量要求的前提下,提出立足本校内部生源,更好地吸引本校优秀学生积极报考本校研究生的对策措施,主要包括加大对本校学生考研宣传的力度、构建“导师+研究生+本科生”的workshop团队人才培养模式,优先面向本校毕业生选拔科研助理、充分展示学科实力、构建有竞争力的激励机制等。这些措施对缓减地方高校面临的研究生生源数量和质量困境大有裨益。
In view of the realistic background that the number of the first volunteer candidates is not large,the number of the first-line applicants is small,and a lot of adjustment is needed in the local university graduate student enrollment.The external student source is difficult to meet the quantity and quality requirements.Based on the internal source of students,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to attract the excellent students to apply for the postgraduate examination,these mainly include sstepping up publicity efforts to promote students to participate the postgraduate examination of own university,constructing the"tutor+graduate+undergraduate"training mode of workshop team,giving priority to the graduates of own university in selecting scientific research assistants,fully displaying the academic strength of the subject and constructing competitive incentive mechanism.These measures are beneficial to alleviate the plight of the quantity and quality of graduate students faced by local colleges and universities.
