新时代法治人才培养的基本要求与实施路径

培养新时代法治人才既是习近平法治思想中“坚持建设德才兼备的高素质法治工作队伍”核心要义的内在要求,亦是全面推进依法治国战略任务的现实需要。习近平法治思想将法治人才培养纳入全面依法治国的总体布局,从理想信念坚定、道德法律兼修、理论实践并重等方面明确新时代法治人才培养的基本要求。高校法学教育在新时代法治人才培养过程中应当坚持习近平法治思想的指导地位,优化法学学科课程体系,强化法律实践教学环节,为全面推进依法治国输送高素质法治人才。

Cultivating legal talents in the new era is not only the inherent requirement of the core essence of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,but also a realistic need to comprehensively promote the rule of law.Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law incorporates the training of legal talents into the overall layout of the comprehensive rule of law,and clarifies the basic requirements for the training of legal talents in the new era in terms of firm ideals and beliefs,both morality and law,and equal emphasis on theory and practice.Legal education in colleges and universities should adhere to the guiding position of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law in the training of legal talents in the new era,optimize the subject curriculum system,strengthen the practice teaching link,and cultivate high quality legal talents for the comprehensive promotion of the rule of law.
