摘要
高职学前教育“双师型”教师队伍建设主要是指培养出具有理论知识教学能力和实践教学能力的教师。但是,在现阶段的“双师型”教师队伍的建设过程中还存在着认定标准不合理、教师队伍结构断层等一系列问题。阐述高职学前教育专业“双师型”教师的涵义以及其教师队伍建设的意义,分析目前高职学前教育“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题,并提出对应策略:高职院校应该合理规划“双师型”教师的认定标准;深入“校园”合作;改革教师准入制度;落实考核激励政策。
The construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational preschool education mainly refers to the cultivation of teachers with theoretical knowledge teaching ability and practical teaching ability.However,there are still some problems in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers at this stage,such as unreasonable identification standards and structural faults of teachers.This paper expounds the meaning of“double-qualified”teachers of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges and the significance of the construction of their teaching staff,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding strategies:higher vocational colleges should reasonably plan the identification standards of“double-qualified”teachers;in-depth“campus”cooperation;reform the teacher access system;implement the assessment incentive policy.
