基于网格聚类算法的配电网停电监测与应用

摘要 为提高配电网供电可靠性,缩短对外停电时间,提升用户用电感知,构建一套基于数据分析、精准定位的配网停电监测应用。该应用以凸包算法和基于网格法的配电网网格聚类算法为基础。在某地区试运行的结果表明,该应用能够实现配电网停电精准研判、精确定位和精益管控,有效降低用户平均停电时间,助力工作效率提升,为实现运营提质增效奠定基础。 In order to improve the power supply reliability of distribution networks,shorten the external power outage time,and improve the users'perception of electricity consumption,a set of power outage monitoring applications based on data analysis and precise control is established.The applications are based on the convex hull algorithm and the grid-based clustering algorithm of distribution networks.The trial operation results in an area show that the application enables accurate research and judgment,and exact positioning and precise control of distribution networks,effective reduction of the average power outage time of users,aid in improving work efficiency and the foundation for realizing operation quality and efficiency.
