摘要
【目的】研究微波养护车在坑槽修补中的应用。【方法】以普通国省道日常养护坑槽修补为工程背景,采用室内模拟与现场应用的方法对微波养护车的关键技术参数及技术亮点进行研究。【结果】探明了微波坑槽修补的作用机理,提高了热挖热补的界面黏结强度,计算得出微波辐射值平均为0.57 mW/cm^(2),安全环保。依托徐州S344新徐大道进行微波养护车坑槽修补应用,坑槽修补可节约时间15 min,可实现快速恢复交通。【结论】研发的JCM100E微波热风养护车在苏州、徐州等地区开展了工程应用,提高了公路养护管理水平。
[Purposes]This paper aims to study the application of microwave curing vehicles in pit repair.[Methods]Based on the engineering background of daily maintenance pothole repair of ordinary national and provincial highways,the key technical parameters and technical highlights of microwave maintenance vehicles are studied by means of indoor simulation and field application.[Findings]The mechanism of microwave pit repair has been explored,and the interfacial bonding strength of hot excavation and repair has been improved.The average microwave radiation value calculated is 0.57 mW/cm^(2),which is safe and environmental-friendly.Relying on the S344 Xinxu Avenue in Xuzhou,a microwave maintenance vehicle was applied to repair the pit and groove.The pothole repair can save 15 minutes and achieve rapid traffic recovery.[Conclusions]The JCM100E microwave hot air maintenance vehicle developed has been applied in engineering projects in Suzhou,Xuzhou,and other regions,improving the level of highway maintenance management.
