河南省氢燃料电池汽车产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Industry in Henan Province

【目的】河南省氢能产业起步较早,是国内较早关注并布局氢燃料电池等前沿技术的省份之一,具备发展先机和产业链优势,但同时面临购置和使用成本高、应用场景少等问题,需对产业如何实现突破发展进行系统研究。【方法】通过对当前氢燃料电池汽车行业总体发展情况和河南省发展基础的梳理,分析河南省氢燃料电池汽车产业发展的难点,找准突破口和实施路径。【结果】提出着力推动产业链规模化发展、降低氢气使用成本、加大行业政策支持力度、创新运营模式等相关思路建议。【结论】助力推动河南省氢燃料电池汽车产业做大做强,为政府及行业管理部门决策提供参考。

[Purposes]Henan's hydrogen energy industry started early and is one of the provinces in China that paid attention to and laid out cutting-edge technologies such as hydrogen fuel cells.It has advantages in development opportunities and industrial chains,but at the same time faces problems such as high procurement and usage costs and few application scenarios.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct systematic research on how the industry can achieve breakthrough development.[Methods]By sorting out the overall development situation of the current industry and the development foundation of our province,this paper analyzes the difficulties and obstacles in industrial development,and identifies breakthroughs and implementation paths.[Findings]This paper proposes relevant ideas and suggestions to promote the large-scale development of the industrial chain,reduce the cost of hydrogen utilization,increase industry policy support,and innovate operational models.[Conclusions]This paper assists in promoting the growth and strength of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in our province,and provides reference for decision-making by the government and industry management departments.
