侧围三角窗区域面品调试优化方案

摘要 侧围是汽车覆盖件模具开发难度最大的零件,其开发的周期直接决定整个项目模具的开发周期,零件的成形质量关乎整车的视觉效果体验。为了有效控制侧围零件的成形质量,自主设计完成该零件的成形工艺及模面的细化工作。在该开发模式下,模具的开发取得了极为良好的效果,缺陷的前期优化率接近70%,但实际生产中仍需要进行手工调试达到理论产品状态。 The side wall is the most difficult part to develop the automobile panel die,and its development cycle directly determines the development cycle of the whole project die,and the forming quality of the part is related to the visual effect experience of the whole vehicle.In order to effectively control the forming quality of the side wall parts,the forming process and die surface refinement of the parts were designed independently.Under this development mode,the die development has achieved very good results,and the pre-solution rate of defects is close to 100%,but manual debugging is still needed in actual production to reach the theoretical product state.
