摘要
以某款新能源汽车中的后雾灯为机械加工研究对象,通过对后雾灯散热器零件的原材料、尺寸几何精度、表面质量和使用功能要求等进行逐一分析,牢牢抓住产品零件上76根散热小圆柱的成形作为设计的重点,经过多种可行加工方案的优化比较,选择了从冷挤压模具成形→冲裁模具冲压加工→数控铣削加工的主要加工工艺路径,并对实际生产过程中出现的质量缺陷进行分析并加以解决。实际生产证明,该后雾灯散热器的机械加工工艺设计合理可行,所生产的产品符合图纸技术要求,能够满足大批量生产的需求。
Taking the rear fog lamp of a new energy vehicle as the research object of machining,this paper analyzes the raw materials,dimensional geometric precision,surface quality and functional requirements of the radiator parts of the rear fog lamp one by one,firmly grasp the product parts of the 76 heat dissipation cylinder as the focus of design,after a variety of feasible processing scheme optimization comparison,the main process path from cold extrusion die forming-blanking die stamping-NC milling is selected,and the quality defects in the actual production process are analyzed and solved.The actual production has proved that the machining process design of the rear fog lamp radiator is reasonable and feasible,and the products produced meet the technical requirements of the drawings and can meet the needs of the mass production.
