智能制造背景下高职教育人才培养模式研究

摘要 智能制造行业快速发展下,人才需求与大学生就业难矛盾日益凸显。通过剖析智能制造行业人才需求的思维认知、技术技能、知识素养3个层面人才需求,系统分析了高职院校在人才培养模式中存在的不足。提出主动实施人才培养结构“供给侧”改革主动匹配人才需要、校企双元3段培养提升岗位技能、柔性定制提高岗位适应性等策略,以促进高职教育人才培养质量的提升。 With the rapid development of the intelligent manufacturing industry,the contradic⁃tion between talent demand and the difficulty of employment for college students is becoming in⁃creasingly prominent.This article systematically analyzes the shortcomings of vocational colleges in talent cultivation models by analyzing the talent needs of the intelligent manufacturing industry from three levels:cognitive thinking,technical skills,and knowledge literacy.Propose strategies such as actively implementing the"supply side"reform of talent cultivation structure,actively matching talent needs,improving job skills through the dual education of schools and enterprises,and flexible customization to improve job adaptability,in order to promote the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.
