With the urgent global demand for sustainable development and environment-friendly solutions,the construction machinery industry is actively exploring new power system technologies.This article focusses on the tire crane hybrid system,an advanced technology that integrates elec⁃tric and fuel power,aiming to improve the energy utilisation efficiency of construction machinery,reduce emissions,and promote the industry to a more environmentally friendly and sustainable fu⁃ture.Through in-depth study of system performance optimisation,transformation methods and tech⁃nologies,this paper provides a comprehensive discussion on the application and development of tire crane hybrid systems in the field of construction machinery.
