摘要
本研究旨在优化门机旋转机构的排装工艺,提高性能,满足港口生产需求。以上海港为例,揭示了机构问题并分析原因。针对吊放、焊接、偏差等环节,提出技术优化方案。通过精准吊放、优质焊接和材料改进,可提高机构效率、稳定性,支持港口高效运营。这项研究为港口设备领域的发展和进步提供了有力支持,具有重要的实际应用意义。
This study aims to optimize the assembly process of the gantry crane rotating mecha⁃nism,improve performance,and meet the production needs of ports.Taking Shanghai Port as an example,the institutional problems were revealed and the reasons were analyzed.Propose techni⁃cal optimization plans for lifting,welding,deviation and other processes.By precise lifting,highquality welding,and material improvement,institutional efficiency and stability can be improved,supporting efficient port operations.This study provides strong support for the development and progress of port equipment field,and has important practical application significance.
