摘要
采用了多种诊断技术,阐明了传统设备故障诊断方法的缺陷,提出了运用现代传感器和计算机技术进行状态监测与故障诊断的策略。通过实施上述诊断方法,能够迅速准确地定位故障源。在实施这些解决措施后,设备的运行状态得到了显著改善,生产效率得以恢复。未来,随着诊断技术的不断进步和智能化维修系统的发展,机械电气设备的故障诊断和维修将更加高效和精准。
This article employs various diagnostic techniques.Clarify the shortcomings of tradi⁃tional equipment fault diagnosis methods,and propose modern sensors and computer technology for state monitoring and fault diagnosis.By implementing the above diagnostic methods,the fault source can be quickly and accurately located.After implementing these solutions,the operational status of the equipment has been significantly improved,and production efficiency has been re⁃stored.In the future,with the continuous progress of diagnostic technology and the development of intelligent maintenance systems,the fault diagnosis and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment will be more efficient and accurate.
