摘要
小儿心脏手术围术期组织灌注和氧合不足往往与术后严重并发症相关,近红外光谱技术能够连续且无创地监测局部氧饱和度,从而反映局部组织的氧供需平衡情况。近年来,局部氧饱和度监测在小儿心脏手术围术期的应用逐渐增多,本文就局部氧饱和度监测在小儿心脏手术围术期的应用进行综述。
Insufficient tissue perfusion and oxygenation during perioperative period of pediatric cardiac surgery are often associated with serious postoperative complications.Near-infrared spectroscopy can continuously and non-invasive monitor local oxygen saturation,so as to reflect the supply-demand oxygen balance of local tissue.In recent years,the application of regional oxygen saturation monitoring in the perioperative period of pediatric cardiac surgery has gradually increased.This article reviews the application of rSO2 monitoring in the perioperative period of pediatric cardiac surgery.
